My guest this week, Paul Kitching, has mastered the skill of delivering positive sales experiences.
An expert at selling, PK learnt his craft in the 1980’s via excellent customer service and sales training at retailer, Country Road. PK then went on to have a distinguished career in media sales. Now Business Development Manager at Fuller, PK refers back to his Country Road training to this very day.
